Shipping & Returns

Shipping and packaging costs to the customers. We prefer to ship by India Post Service. It is paramount that the customers provide complete address details with the correct zip code. Shipping charges are calculated and shown at the checkout based on the estimated weight of the package for shipping and applicable rates of the India Post Service.

Shipping is exempted if the value of the items in the cart exceeds a certain amount, which varies with the offers from time to time. Hence, we recommend that the customers check the offers periodically to their benefit.

Return & Exchange Policy

We like the satisfaction of our customers.

We accept cancellation of orders until shipped and offer a full refund.

After the consignment has been booked for shipping, the customers can still return the consignment without unpacking at their own cost within three working days of the receipt, and we shall refund the order value in the form of non-lapsable "AFB Coins" after deducting the shipping charges applied at the time of placing the order. The "AFB Coins" are non-lapsable and can be used in placing future orders.

In case of a change of mind after receiving the consignment and unpacking, the customers can return the order, in full or in part, at their own cost within three working days of the receipt, and we shall refund the returned order value in the form of non-lapsable "AFB Coins" after deducting the shipping charges applied at the time of placing the order and on approval of our "Return and Refund Section" for the health of the returned goods. The amount of the refund shall be determined by the "Return and Refund Section" based on the physical examination for damage and usage. The "AFB Coins" are non-lapsable and can be used in placing future orders.

We offer a free exchange of a product if it suffers a manufacturing defect. The customers can notify us about manufacturing defects with visual evidence by writing an email to us at arshuma.famousbooks@gmail.com. We shall guide the steps to follow for the exchange procedure by return email.
